  • Once the Reader is installed on your computer:
    1. Enter the Order ID that was issued at the time of purchase and displayed on your confirmation page.
    2. Click the "Retrieve" button.
  • If you do not know your Order ID or if you need further assistance, you will need to call 225.925.4704.
